When will my order be shipped?

Most orders will be shipped within one week.

Due to the time it takes to draw each one, custom book stack orders (stickers, keychains, and mugs) take 1-4 weeks to ship depending on volume of orders. 

Custom ghost stickers are typically shipped within one week.

What are the shipping speed options?

We offer three shipping speed options through USPS: 

USPS First Class Mail - 3-10 business days (no tracking)

USPS Ground Advantage - 3-7 business days

USPS Priority Mail - 1-5 business days

How much does each shipping option cost?

Shipping is FREE on all orders $5.00 or more. 

The cost of each shipping option depends on the weight of the package and the destination. You can see the exact cost at checkout.

Can I track my package during shipping?

Free tracking is available on all orders of $25 or more.

For free standard shipping on orders less than $25, tracking is unavailable. Orders will be shipped via USPS First Class Mail.

For both paid shipping and orders over $25, you can track your package through our website. You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has shipped.

What is your refund policy for shipping?

We do not offer refunds for shipping costs. However, if there is an issue with your package or delivery, please contact us and we will do everything in our power to either locate the missing order or send a replacement. 

Does your product have any known issues with shipping?

Our product is packaged securely to prevent any damage during shipping. However, if you receive a damaged product please contact our customer support team.

Is there any limitation on the location for shipping?

We offer shipping to US and Canada at the moment. We will be expanding our shipping locations soon!

What should I do if my package is lost?

If your package is lost, please contact our customer support team. We will work with the shipping company to locate your package and/or provide a solution.
