Return Policy

Our return policy allows you to return any item purchased from our store within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

3. Ship the package back to our designated return address. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or defective upon arrival.
4. Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return criteria. If approved, we will process a refund for the purchase amount to your original method of payment.

Please note the following:

- Returns are not accepted for final sale items or items marked as non-returnable.

- In case of damaged or defective items, please include detailed photos of the damage/defect when contacting our customer service team for a return request.

- Refunds may take up to 5-7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your financial institution.

- If you received a promotional or discounted item as part of a bundle or special offer, the refund will be prorated based on the actual amount paid for each item.

- If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please specify this in your return request. We will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability.
