Cute Items, Lackluster Customer Service

I will say I liked the items that I purchased so this isn't a reflection of what was purchased. BUT I ordered my items on Feb 3rd and when I hadn't heard anything (outside of the order confirmation) after about 5 days I reached out on TikTok since they had uploaded a video that day and figured they'd see it. My comment said I was excited to receive my recent order and asked if I could have an update. After about 2 days I deleted and reposted the comment and then messaged them through the website. The online customer service person said the order was already fulfilled but after I told them it wasn't, I'd not received any update, and it was now the 12th (these were Galentine's day gifts for friends coming out of the town who I see once a year) the USPS info updated that day to say they were expecting a drop off from the sender/seller. The service rep said they had sent it but they will send a replacement. By that time I knew I wouldn't get my items in time and asked to cancel the order which went ignored and I noticed my TikTok comment was deleted. I asked why it was deleted as it wasn't a negative comment at all and that also went ignored. I received the items the week after Galentine's so now I guess I can either wait until I see my friends next year or I can spend some money to mail the items to them. Overall this left a bad taste in my mouth for the company which is a same b/c the items are cute.
